Diane’s unique combination of executive experience and superior coaching skills gives her executive and managerial clients a powerful ally for their success.

Diane has been described as an authentic and results-driven coach who is skilled at helping her clients increase their awareness, engage in deep learning and take the courageous actions necessary to achieve their goals. Clients consistently credit Diane with helping them capitalize on their strengths while working through their learning edges to find and sustain new capacity and resourcefulness within themselves. She utilizes both qualitative and quantitative data filtered through the lens of emotional intelligence to better understand how her clients are showing up in the workplace.

Diane brings a unique combination of coaching, consulting and business leadership experience to her partnership with clients. As founder and CEO of a successful manufacturing corporation for more than a decade, Diane knows firsthand what it takes to grow as a leader, to develop employees and to compete in a complex business environment.

As a consultant, Diane leverages her experience in order to connect quickly and meaningfully with individuals and teams for “the shop-floor to the top-floor.” She has a keen ability to assess organizational needs and opportunities and to design and implement effective, efficient interventions and business solutions.

Diane Kane holds an MS in Organization Development, Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is qualified to administer and interpret the EQ in Action Profile (Emotional Intelligence tool), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP).
